Wyre class consists of Year 5 and 6 pupils and is taught by Mrs Taylor with support from Mrs Cherry.
Wyre class have PE with our sports coach on Wednesday and Mrs Taylor on Thursday.
Here is the overview of topics covered in Wyre class throughout the year. Please see the Curriculum area of the website for further details about what is taught in each topic area.
Each term the children will be sent home a homework grid. They have suggested regular weekly tasks as well as a range of other activities the children can chose from. They receive Dojo points on completion of an activity which is working towards a class reward! The topics are varied and, hopefully, interesting for the children to complete. The aim of this style of homework is to develop independence, self-motivation and organisational skills.
