In science our learning focus has been plants. For homework this half term, we are challenging you to get creative and make a planter. Not just an ordinary wooden planter – think creatively. Here are a few ideas:

To make it a bit more interesting we are going to make it a competition. Reverend McConkey has kindly agreed to judge our competition.
If we have enough entries, we will have 1 winner in Reception, 1 in year 1 and 1 in year 2. If not, we will just have a 1st 2nd and 3rd place.
Please send your planters into school on Monday 12th July – not before please. Do send photos on Class Dojo of your child creating their planter.
